SunG grid tie inverter with limiter prevents supplying excess power to the grid or prevent reverse rotation of grid meter. Most of the meters are uni-directional. If the GTI supplies excess power to the grid, you will also pay for the excess power. GTIL with limiter supplies power that you need only.
